Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition,
with tags attached and original packaging included.

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@rietiathleticclub.com.

Refunds  

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of its approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business
days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact us at returns@rietiathleticclub.com.  

Return Shipping

We will provide a return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
