We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $100, excluding custom orders. All other shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders are shipped via USPS, with delivery estimates provided at checkout. Orders placed after 3 PM CST will be processed the following business day. We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We offer a 30-day return policy, beginning on the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with tags attached and original packaging included. To initiate a return, please contact returns@rietiathleticclub.com. Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of its approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided, with the cost deducted from your refund.
